I hear people are not happy with the themes that come with ExpressionEngine 2.0. I might take a stab at making one if there is enough interest.
What do you want it to look like? I have heard people say they want a better “corporate” theme. I personally think the “Corporate” theme that comes with EE 2.0 looks pretty good. What do you want different? Let me know and maybe I’ll try to design a theme.

Hey Mike, I just installed EE 2.0 and it only shows the default theme. I don’t suppose you might know how I can install these others. I kind of dig the corporate theme as well.

If you login to your expressionengine.com account and click on the “Downloads” link you will see the themes available for download. Download them and stick them in your themes folder. Then when you go to Admin>General Configuration you will see the “Default Control Panel Theme” dropdown and it will list the new themes.

If there was an easy way to brand a CP theme - e.g. a way to include a company logo that shows up in the control panel or an easy way to change a couple of the colours to be company colours - I think that would be popular.
